PHP/Laravel applications, admin panels, APIs and cross-platform mobile MVPs are scoped through paid discovery and a phased quotation. Custom Commerce pricing covers commerce work, not every custom app.
Remote help for small teams: setup, documents, accounts, routine IT issues and vendor coordination. Physical visits, hardware repair and replacement parts are not included.

Final fees depend on pages/products, content readiness, integrations, approvals, turnaround and support. Project payments are normally 50% booking, 30% at an approved milestone and 20% before launch/handover. Retainers are paid in advance; unused capacity does not roll over unless the SOW says otherwise.
Separate costs & ownership
GST, advertising spend, domains/hosting, platform subscriptions, themes, plugins, licences, messaging and cloud usage are separate unless explicitly included. You own core business accounts. Paid final commissioned deliverables transfer subject to licences and Neo background tools.
Practical boundaries
GST admin is document preparation and CA/GST Practitioner coordination, not tax advice or filing by Neo. Results such as rankings, leads, sales, marketplace approval and third-party uptime are not guaranteed. Logos identify supported technologies and do not imply endorsement.
