Privacy notice

What we collect

For account creation we store your name, email, hashed password, verification state, consent choices and security timestamps. Phone is optional. Profiles can include company, industry, business size, role, website, location, preferred language/contact and billing details including optional GSTIN. Provide these only when useful for your service. Orders store package/service codes, quantity, requirements, goals, target date, quote, status and progress history. We do not request Aadhaar, PAN, payment-card details or client passwords in these forms.

Why we use it

We use account information to authenticate you, verify contact details, respond to service requests, prepare quotes, deliver agreed work, send operational messages and keep necessary financial and security records. Administrators can view and export dated operational reports to run the business. Reports are authenticated and generated privately. We do not publish customer profiles or reports.

Marketing and optional attribution

Promotional emails are sent only with your separate opt-in. You can withdraw that choice in your account. Optional attribution stores UTM campaign labels for up to 30 days in a browser cookie, and can attach campaign labels to a new account or order only with analytics choices enabled. No ad pixels, fingerprinting or advertising cookies are installed by this portal. Withdrawal removes stored campaign fields from your profile and orders.

Payments, email and providers

Razorpay processes payment information when checkout is enabled; Neo stores provider reference IDs, amount, currency, test/live mode and verification status, not card numbers. Hosting and email providers process the data needed to run the service. Email notifications are queued with encrypted bodies, including short-lived verification/reset links. WhatsApp and social links take you to those services and their own policies. Hosting logs may contain IP addresses; portal rate-limit records use keyed hashes rather than raw IP addresses.

Retention and security

Records are retained while needed for your account, agreed services, accounting, security or resolution of disputes. Neo reviews deletion/closure requests and explains any records that must be retained. Access is limited by account ownership and administrator role; exports require administrator password confirmation. Backups and downloaded reports must be kept private. No system can promise absolute security.

Use Privacy & preferences to request access, correction, deletion or account closure. Profile fields can be corrected directly; contact Neo for account-email changes.
