Service enquiries and agreements
Sending an enquiry does not create a service contract. The scope, deliverables, timeline, price, payment terms and responsibilities for a project will be agreed separately in writing before work begins. Third-party platform fees, subscriptions and advertising spend are separate unless a written proposal says otherwise.
Contacting us
The email helper only prepares a draft in your email app. You must send it yourself. Calls and WhatsApp are alternative contact options; no payment or booking is completed on this site.

Services involving Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Google, Meta, YouTube or other platforms are subject to those platforms’ own rules and approval processes. Neo Digital Services cannot guarantee account approval, search rankings, advertising results or sales.
