Essential sign-in

neo_session is a secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax session cookie for login, request protection and account navigation. It expires with the browser session; inactive account sessions expire after 30 minutes. Essential security functions cannot be disabled while using an account.

Preferences

neo_preferences remembers your cookie choice for up to six months. Your theme is saved locally in the browser. These choices do not send promotional emails. You can reopen Cookie choices in the footer or clear browser storage.

Optional campaign attribution

neo_attribution stores only UTM campaign labels for up to 30 days after you allow campaign attribution. It stays disabled by default. Choosing Essential only deletes this browser attribution cookie. If you have an account, withdraw account analytics in Privacy & preferences to also remove historical campaign labels from your account and orders. No advertising pixels are installed.

External checkout

Opening Razorpay checkout uses a third-party service that may use its own essential payment/session technologies. Its privacy information applies to the checkout. External WhatsApp/social websites control their own cookies.
